Online ordering is not yet available on wishwashys.com. This policy takes effect when online ordering opens and may be updated before then.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, and you will need your order confirmation or receipt.
Because our laundry sheets are a household consumable, we cannot accept returns of opened product unless it is damaged or defective.
To start a return, email us at with your order number. Returns sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the product or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and, if approved, refund your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
